Shipping Information

All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Staffordshire. We use Royal Mail 48, and your order will be delivered within 3 working days. Any order placed before 15.30 will be dispatched on the same day. International orders will take around 7-10 days to be delivered, depending on the destination. 

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dome.tech with your name and order number. We shall address your enquiry within 24 hours.
